Insufficient balance on Gift Cards or Rewards Cards
If you have paid for your order with a combination of Gift Card and/or Reward
Card and Credit Card, but the available balance on your Gift Card or Reward Card
is not enough to cover the amount you entered at checkout, we will charge the
difference to your credit card.
Shipping Costs and Procedures
The cost for shipping your order will appear at the end of the order at checkout.

United States
Free shipping for all orders over $50 in the United States!
$4.99 shipping all orders under $50 in the United States.
We include delivery confirmation and tracking on all orders.
We ship most orders the first business day after we receive them.
We ship most orders via either first class mail or priority mail.
Delivery is usually within 3 business days of shipment.
Larger orders may go via UPS and can take up to 5 business days.
We can also FedEx orders overnight or two day for an extra charge.
Please notify us of your preferences and willingness to pay for expedited shipping in the Notes box at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Canada and Mexico
$11.99 shipping for orders that consist of beads (strung, loose, or packaged), findings (clasps, earring parts, etc.) and other small items. Order must fit into special “small flat rate box” 8 5/8 x 5 3/8 x 1 5/8 inches (20x13x4 cm) and weight must be less than 4 pounds (1.8 kg) including the box and packing materials. Orders that are much smaller might be able to ship first class for less.
Orders that contain books, larger or heavier tools, storage boxes, crafts, or other large items will incur additional shipping charges. We will e-mail you the options based on actual weight, value, and distance. You must approve the shipping before we pack your order or process your credit card.
$29.99 shipping for orders that can fit in the “medium flat rate box” 11x8.5x5.5 inches (27x21x14 cm) and weigh under 20 lbs. (9kg) including the box and packing materials. Items that don’t fit in this box will incur higher charges. We will e-mail you with options. You must approve the shipping before we process your order.
$35.99 shipping for orders that require the “large flat rate box” 12x12x5 inches (30x12 cm) and weigh under 20 lbs. (9 kg) including box and packing materials.

We make every attempt to pack and ship your order so that it is not held up in Customs in your country. However, if your Customs does decide to inspect the package, delivery can take much longer. Unfortunately neither we, nor the shipping agency has any control over this. We urge you to be patient.
Since the relative cost of shipping goes down with the size of your order we encourage you to get together with friends to place a larger order and save on shipping.

Backorders
We do not send backorders.
If you have received a partial shipment, please check the site and reorder when
the item becomes available again.
Exchanges
If you
want to exchange merchandise, please send your return as described below and then
place a new online order for the item(s) you want.
Returns
Returning merchandise is easy. Just follow these steps.
1.
Send returns within 15 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) of original
shipment.
2. Merchandise must be in original quantity,
condition and packaging.
3. Pack items carefully to avoid
damage.
4. Include a copy of your invoice along with a
completed Return Form (click to download
PDF).
5. Choose a shipping method that you can track, and
insure your shipment.
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Used goods, damaged goods, opened kits, partial packages of any kind, partial
spools or cards of stringing material, cut or partial strands of beads, books,
videos, software, closeouts.
If you send back any of the above non-refundable
items we will hold them for 30 days during which time you can opt to pay to have
them sent back to you. After that, if we don’t hear from you, we will donate
them to charity.
Merchandise is credited at the original purchase
price.
Refunds are usually credited to the same method used to
make the purchase. If you paid by credit card or Gift Card your card will be credited.
If you paid with a combination of Rewards Card and any other tender (credit card
or gift card) your Gift Card or credit card will be credited. If you paid by Rewards
Card only we will add points back to your Rewards Card.
We do not refund the return shipping fee unless there was a mistake on our part.
