Necklace by Alex Roeder. A joyful combination of acrylic flowers, mother of pearl, and metal beads with freshwater pearls and seed beads.
Necklace by Deanna Marie Finocchiaro. She used textured brass spirals as connectors rather than drops to join faces outfitted with wigs of tiny freshwater pearls. Lampworked glass beads swing freely.

Here African "wedding beads" from Mali mix and mingle with contemporary lampoworked beads, pressed glass, and a stone disk to form a wearable scupture.
